LISTING REMOVED Syracuse, NY: Brown and white male guinea pig being rehomed. Though not relevant to this guy, I want to use a line from the post for a GUINEA PIG LESSON: "my female just had babies and dosn't want him in the cage with her." It is very likely that the female is pregnant again, as female guinea pigs often are back br3d immediately after giving birth if the male is still in the cage. This is very difficult on the female physically, and one ACBA (American Cavy Br33ders Association) member even placed the death rate of br3d sows as high as 20%. If your guinea pig survives giving birth once, that's luck enough (let alone if all the babies do)! Don't risk her life again by leaving any adult males in the cage with her.
