LISTING EXPIRED. Boar in Queens, NY needs new home. Spencer is currently living at a pet store which does not sell pets (the good kind!) Apparently the store gets besieged with abandoned animals, and Spencer is among them. He was abandoned to the store in a shoebox, not even a cage. His abandoners said he is eight to nine months old. Spencer was bought for a child who lost interest in him, and so the parents put the burden of finding a new home for this sentient being on this store. If any of you reading this are debating getting your child a guinea pig, please only do so if your child has consented to the gift, and if you are going to be the primary caretaker...and if the guinea pig is not going to be housed in the child's room. And a bunch of other stipulations. Right, well, here's Spencer:
