The guinea pigs I'm about to post were not from Craigslist, but from a more definitively tragic source. LISTING REMOVED Hercules and Zeus are young bonded PEWs (pink eyed whites) who were rescued, with four other guinea pigs, from a testing lab. Though they weren't tested on themselves, they were due to be euthanized. A member of GuineaLynx posted about their endangerment and PLGPR got the piggies out. Hercules and Zeus are very special piggies. And as very special piggies they need very special adopters.
While they love hay, pellets, and water, they aren't yet eating veggies (an essential to a balanced guinea pig diet). They also aren't yet fully socialized to people. They do love to watch TV with you, and are calm and relaxed in their cage. They really deserve a forever home, and a commitment to care by their adopter. Could that adopter be you?
PLGPR has a bunch more guinea pigs to be posted, but I want to divide them in to multiple posts so they're not so long. And so you get an early peek at the a-dorable abby boy ADOPTED! Dilbert. He is around a year and a half old and very cute. He is a curious little guy who likes to explore. He is fine with being picked up though. Dilbert is a chubby boy too, which means whoever adopts him has to give him a lot of cuddles for me.
