Beverly Animal Shelter is located in Waterloo, NY. They have special programs to make adoptions possible for senior citizens, and an in-house grooming parlor! They also have a bunch of guinea pigs available for adoption. They aren't individually listed, but have one collective listing here. I wrote the shelter to see if this listing is still accurate, and t'is. I can't promise all the guinea pigs pictured are still there, but if this is a local shelter, remember they have guineas! Especially if you're thinking of buying a guinea pig. There are too many homeless cavies already.
